Maharashtra government banned the dance bars in Mumbai, Indian commercial capital last year, due to which thousands of bar dancer, who are not much qualified, educated and most of them from economic weak families became un-employed. Unfortunately most of them adopted the prostitution for their livelihood. But again bar dancers return to their original profession as Mumbai high court lifted the ban over bars.

When I met with a call girl, previously a bar dancer in police custody, as she captured red handed for doing prostitution. She told me truth and miseries of a bar dancers, than I have understand the problems of bar dancers, and now happy to hear the Mumbai court decision.
